How to get report for Location and Status
The Location and Status report is a very useful report when going live with your Prism portal, and ongoing.
You can also use it to review historical data over a specific time period.
1. Current report
Step 1: Choose a Report Type
Select the following option:
Current – Displays the current location and status of each horse.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Use the available filters to refine your results:
Horse – Select specific horses to include in the report.
Location – Filter by current or past locations.
Status – Filter by the horse’s current or historical status.
Click Search to generate the report.
Step 3: View and Manage Results
Once the report is displayed, you can:
View the data on screen.
Print the report for record keeping.
Export the results to a CSV file for further analysis.
Record Notes directly within the report to assist with operational tracking or communication.
2. Historical report
Step 1: Choose a Report Type
Select the following option:
Historical – Displays each horse’s location and status over a selected time period, including when changes occurred.
Specify a From and To date to define the reporting period.
Step 2: Apply Filters
Use the available filters to refine your results:
Specify a From and To date to define the reporting period
Horse – Select specific horses to include in the report.
Location – Filter by current or past locations.
Status – Filter by the horse’s current or historical status.
Click Search to generate the report.
Step 3: View and Manage Results
Once the report is displayed, you can:
View the data on screen.
Print the report for record keeping.
Export the results to a CSV file for further analysis.
Record Notes directly within the report to assist with operational tracking or communication.
