Allow to quickly create 2 quick invoices at the same time for the same owner
You can now quickly create 2 quick invoices at the same time for the same owner. This setting will have to be switched on by our support team so please contact Prism Support if you wish to use this.
When the setting is switched on, an option to ‘Add to additional invoice’ will be available when you add/edit a quick invoice.
When you click the <Apply> button to add invoice line items into the expense list underneath, the setting will be kept as what you've entered and set in in the Invoice Line Items.
Use this one - Off: This will allow you to keep the previous list.
Overwrite current set: This will update the list like the current invoice list.
After you click on Save, the invoics will be created with selected items going to one or 2 invoices:
