How to config Horse Insurance Notification

1. Overview

The Horse Insurance Notification allows users to customise the email content sent to horse owners when distributing a Horse Insurance Survey.

Users can modify the email Subject and Body content according to their business requirements.


2. How to Configure Horse Insurance Notification

Step 1: Access Notifications

  1. Navigate to Settings (or System Configuration).

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Locate and click Horse Insurance Notification from the notification list.


Step 2: Edit Email Content

  1. Update the Subject field as required.

  2. Modify the Email Content (body text) to match your preferred wording.

  3. Review the content carefully to ensure accuracy.


Step 3: Save Changes

  1. Click Save to apply the changes.



3. How It Works

  • The configured Subject and Email Content will be automatically used when sending the Horse Insurance Survey to horse owners.

  • Any updates made will apply to future survey emails.
